Delivery and Returns
Mainland UK Delivery Only
Standard flat rate charge of £5.95
Non Mainland UK & International
For delivery outside mainland UK please contact us first. Additional insurance cover is available on request.

Payment
Payment We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, and Delta), and transactions will be processed through the Paypal Secure Online Payment Gateway.
When you click Submit Order you will be seamlessly transferred to the Paypal Secure Payment Gateway where you will be asked to enter your credit card details and make your payment. That payment will then be processed in real time and you will be given confirmation and a unique order reference number.
Once this process is complete we will also email you, confirming we have received your order. Transactions will be carried out in Sterling.
For all UK mainland orders please see the final checkout which includes postage and packing.
Liability for any local taxes or import duties lies entirely with the customer.
The prices charged for goods shall be those listed on the date of order
Damaged or faulty goods
In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or faulty goods we will replace or refund them. Please follow the simple steps below:
1. Please email me using the contact form within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Number and instructions on how to return the goods to us. I will email you a Returns Number and a returns form to download.
2. Send your parcel with a copy of the Returns Form to Roisin Dubh, 7 Hepworths Arcade, Silver Street, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire HU1 1JU
4. Faulty/damaged goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Number and must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
5.Please ensure all items are wrapped securely in bubble wrap and you use insured registered delivery and keep the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
6. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
7. We will contact you to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days.
